"Listen to your body", my colleague said, but I am also a fan of the quote; "Your mind will give up a hundred times before your body will". I truly believe that! Still, I guess my struggle right now is finding the balance between my body and my mind, and deciding which one to listen to at what times. Because I know what my body is telling me, my mind is just choosing to ignore it.
